  The obvious answer would seem to be calling one of those friends of yours and making a plan. Right now, before you build yourself an excuse not to. Doesn't even matter so much which friend or what you'll do or when. Just set something up. Start a habit.

  I have this problem myself a lot. I have taken to literally forcing myself to try to hangout with people sometimes. It is nice to do and fun but brain doesn’t like it.

  I feel ya. I only have 4 friends and my s/o. I see one friend once a month at least and the other 3 I see maybe once or twice a year. And I only talk to my s/o, best friend and mother occasionally. I have no one else. But I'm a huge introvert.. comes with it, I guess lol.
