Parents sharing their own DNA on the sites are sharing their kids DNA same goes for 3 cousins. Basically DNA privacy is gone and it isn’t the parents fault.

Is there any putting the genie back in the bottle? Simply "deleting" your 23andme account wouldn't be sufficient would it?

Deleting your account might work--assuming you hadn't shared any further on other sites, and 23andme hadn't already shared with drug companies (which they do), then maybe? Hard to say, which is why we must be careful.
