In Russia they yesterday started to promote that soon Moscow metro will have a biometric identification cameras at entry, which is legalization of state violation of human rights. By High court decisions in Russia - no citizen must be registered in any bases if no court verdict.

russian society silent, human rights activists in country oppressed (even lone protests with cardboard poster lead to arrest). Contrary to China where such surveillance made semi-secret from society (hidden scan cameras) in Russia local KGB decided to publicly announce same thing
