No, not even slightly. As that EFF write-up makes clear CDA 230 _enables_ online hosts to pass thru all content. It does not _require_ them to do so; there is no online "fairness doctrine."

Nobody’s claiming it to be an “online fairness doctrine.” Put simply Sec. 230 allows legal liable immunity for Internet services providing user-generated content as long as that internet service’s user-generated content is not operating under the guides of partisan censorship.
