@asamjulian Party rules sorta apply up to Nov 8, but there must be state deadlines for changing names on ballot& early voting creates a mess

@PrisonPlanet I predicted this scenario a year ago. 49% chance Clinton wins, 51% chance that the elections will be delayed / cancelled.
