Overall the #YouTubePartnerProgram changes are good I've always said don't start YouTube to make money. BUT YouTube should pay everyone what they have earned until now. Even If they haven't reached the payout threshold.

So if you work for hours on a project and the site makes money by your project being there you're saying you should get nothing? At all? Why not take all ad revenue away if you're just making videos for the sake of making videos?

In a perfect world no but YouTube has only paid small YouTuber for a short period of time so it's only reverting back to how it was.

But why? There's no reason other than a FEW spam channels against musicians, animators, and small niche channels. A lot aren't even expecting to get RICH but putting a financial value on work is necessary.

Again, if they make money of creators then they should get a cut. You can't grow a channel when the promotional algorithm is off, you can't find your projects of you get no return on expenses, which, in turn, keeps those smaller channels from reaching the insanely high standards.

Agreed but they are saying they aren't putting ads on in monetised content so they aren't making off it
