The reality is this, if we as school leaders aren’t building better safety nets for our students upon graduation many of them will fall victim to their environment & in many cases it’s the streets! I am still mentoring students to not have their life become a real life GTA game!

More and more schools are suffering with chronic absenteeism than ever before! It’s hard to close the achievement gap when students aren’t in the seats! A study showed that schools are spending close to 1,500 dollars per student to to address chronic absences! How can we improve?
