Thank you! I’ve received the FCC for our May cruise and the refunds are starting to show up now. We still have an Oct refund but, it’s all going back into our April cruise anyway. Thanks for the FYI!

I've been very patient, but now I'm paying unanticipated interest while waiting for a refund. Not a very pleased customer, and I've certainly given your company many breaks and understanding through this. But it's wearing thin.

It just feels so frustrating. I have contacted princess on a couple of occasions and spoke to someone about refunds for our precooked excursions and spa treatments. I don’t want to keep ringing as appreciate it takes time but our cruise was the beginning of April and no news.

If 60% are done why not our cancelled cruise on 14 March? You originally said you were going in order of cancellations. We have elite status and are not being encouraged to stay with Princess.

We didn't want a refund for our march cruise, just the drink pkg, gratuities and port charges we paid ahead for. We will be cruising again but next time i won't be prepaying for extras.
