So I found out my settings on my computer all reset. What’s that mean? Hardware acceleration was on in Discord, my mouse pointer enhance thing was ON which isn’t good, my NViDIA settings were also wrong.... My FPS will be more stable now. I might be a good player again.

I hate it!!!!! And my steam has been resetting every week too (I have to do some kind of upload and the settings reset!!!)
uhhh there might be a setting in steam to turn off auto update, im not sure if that helps. that sounds very annoying tho :/
