I’m not trying to rip on people who use kovaak aim trainer. But I really really don’t see a point in those programs. Maybe I’m old. Maybe I don’t get it but would love to know why so many ppl think it’ll help.

I think it helps for someone who has never used M&K or wants to improve from being a beginner... Helped me a TON when I needed to just get a good feel for how to aim and understand mouse sensitvity. At your level of familiarity, there's no point...

That's how I view it now, yes. Also, a good way to warm up or improve flicks/tracking. Obviously it's best to do that with the game you play, but it is a good offline way to do it too.
