I need to stop worrying and caring about people, but that doesn't sound like me at all so I'm scared of how many people I'd scare away once that's gone
I’ve struggled with this for awhile and I think it just comes down to loving yourself and being happy with you. Ppl come and go but it’s not worth destroying yourself for them..... trust me on that

I don't feel like I'm destroying myself for them but I surely put a lot of effort on the wrong peeps sometimes. Very discouraging lol
