How to fix this meta: 1. Nerf fortify so Orisa is killable and mostly played on maps where bunker high round is viable (as it should be) 2. Give Winston reins passive as well 3. Revert mei multi freeze Dive is what SHOULD counter all the shields but it can’t cuz it’s trash

Let him deal 200/s dmg
