I hope that if you’re in school and you have dreams please don’t let anyone tell you to stop following them I had so many teachers laugh at me when I told them my goals - literally told me art wasn’t a real job and were just awful to be around and made me feel so worthless

don’t let anyone else tell you that you’re not smart enough or not worthy (but if they are saying that use that as fuel to keep going — and on a deeper level have some compassion for the fact that they are projecting unresolved pain / ego) NEVER GIVE UP ON UR DREAMS KIDS
