When you play a tournament and your opponent doesn't check in on time so you get the def win but then he shows up late anyway, do you still play the game or take the win? (I don't mean friendly/casual tourneys)

Rules are rules and you definitely had your right to take the win. However, as someone who seems like they're trying to make their way into the competitive scene, I think it would have been better to just play it out.
I disagree. It’s very unprofessional for the opponent to not show up and can throw her off her mental. How is it fair to her someone else didn’t take this as serious. Sorry but not sorry. Money on the line. Showing up on time isn’t hard to do. At all
