People often play video games as an escape. The fact that women get harassed for their gender while gaming ruins that. Think before you speak. Make the gaming space more inclusive.
People also play to let out their rage / project anger out onto ppl. By no means am I saying it’s ok but ppl use gaming differently. You will find trolls in any walk of life but you don’t always get a mute button

Evidently most people are much less likely to act on that anger and shit on others face to face, that mute button should, an in most cases it is, be present when anonymity almost guarantees personal immunity from our actions. Regardless, let's just not be shit to others.
