This - sadly - does not surprise me. I am still disgusted that kids have to deal with it and have to bring things like this to the attention of media in order to get anything to (possibly) happen. 😥

when the admin start digging and doing research, they open up pandoras box. Parents who have long money and some sort of connections have schools scared or they don't really think this is an issue bc they feel the same way...

So awful! My daughter was one who saw this in the bathroom this am. So bothered!!! And should NOT be swept under the rug!

Knowing your family, I am not surprised she was bothered!! And sweeping it under the rug will only continue to make students more vocal. Addressing things right away is always the best way.

Unacceptable. It's great there is a loud enough voice to get this out and exposed. This is a learning experience that shouldn't be swept under the rug. Schools should be all about "Teachable Moments".
