I think people don't understand the poll question—this is just about like the initial indent level, right?

Right..

Does this mean, indent 1-level-start for both tags? Or does this mean, prettier should or should not, format within those tags at all?
-
Indent 1-level-start for both tags. We already format Vue files.

no need for a poll, it's not indented in the official style guidepic.twitter.com/Mdy3QxQnEh

IMO it should not indent <script> and <style> tags. Ofc when you write text inside HTML/XML tags, you often indent it to improve readability. But for me and for many, we don't see those `<script>` and `<style>` tags, we just see JavaScript and CSS (or Sass, whatever you want)
-
And so it make sense to don't indent those tags. Also maybe Prettier should follow Vue """style guide""", when they don't indent their JS nor CSS in their documentation examples
