The key word is "may" raise wages. Chances that will happen is very slim, especially for the families that keep America fed and cars running with gas and many other jobs.

Comcast and At&T already raised wages. Also, those same companies provided $1,000 as a bonus. Raises might happen? Well, they are happening.

In summary: Economiss agree biggest reason for strong economy is continuing economic growth (from Obama’s economic policy). Deregulation has inspired confidence in some business leaders, but comes at the price of things like clean water.

Further, we don’t yet know whether imagined profits from deregulation are real or whether they’ll make their way into pockets of workers. Historical evidence of trickle down economics suggest additional profits are instead guarded as bonuses/raises for executives.
