He supports keeping the names of people who committed treason to preserve slavery on the military bases of the country that defeated them to end slavery. Tone-deaf much?

Would he stand for naming a Army base after the 9/11 hijackers? Because those confederate Generals attacked The soldiers fighting for a United States of America. Why is he fighting for their treasonous names to remain?
-
Why stop there. Why not rename all the confederate states? In fact, why not make the latter generations of those that sided with the confederacy pay compensation? Even better, let's shoot them all into space so the land can be returned to the first nation peoples. Then the rest??

The heroes within them have nothing to do with the traitors for which they are named.
-
That’s too difficult of a concept for them to grasp.

Except for all those National Guardsmen who got deployed right up until the day they'd start to earn benefits.https://www.militarytimes.com/news/pentagon-congress/2020/05/20/early-end-date-for-guard-coronavirus-deployment-draws-criticism-from-veterans-in-congress/ …

Well I guess we know Trump isn't one of our great heroes because he did everything he could to avoid serving in one of those bases.
