A 36 year-veteran carrier with USPS said recipients “all moved or died”.

What matters is that the signatures are absolutely identical to that which is held at Nevada Public record. What matters is that the serial number is on the envelope and matching on the ballot, registered to the voter, & is verified w/ that of the rightful voter.
