Those are some pretty strong statements. No Press Secretary in history has ever not followed up on a statement like this with a briefing to show how serious the White House is. So either you believe this and we'll see you in the briefing room or you think he's full of shit too.

Why didn't he just give testimony and set the record straight as he was invited to do multiple times? It would have been more effective than this whiny letter.
