I’m going to need to see some tax statements or employer records and area of the country where these phantom increases occurred because it’s not on the West coast

Huh? I did not see a $5,000 increase I have seen the prices of household goods go up though.

Exactly, Debbie. Been to the grocery store lately? (Make sure you bring that ID!) My son is a genl contractor and carries two lines of cabinets for remodels/installs. They have gone up more than 30-40 percent in cost to him, putting those remodel jobs out of reach for some.
