You are really splitting hairs. He didn’t exonerate Trump. Laid out 10 cases of possible obstruction. The said guidelines say you can’t indict sitting president. But can indict after they leave office. They’re not talking about Shelly Winters.
Dems, didn’t you learn your lesson? Stop lying. Mueller was just explaining that, generally speaking, a President can be charged after leaving office – not addressing this case. Mueller and DOJ have made clear no more indictments are coming from this investigation.
