Great news? That he got back a portion of the exports he destroyed, and subsequently put our farmers livelihoods at risk? Is that commitment in effect now, or is it part of a still being negotiated trade deal? Until he has made our farmers whole, he is just fixing his mess.

What about those who couldn't survive the risk & lost all they had? Like Trump's shutdown, people who were barely holding on, ended up losing more than just a few weeks pay. Trump creates a problem, then claims to have fixed it; meanwhile, people's lives are irrevocably damaged.
