Troops are not firefighters. Firefighters are by wing deployed from all over and federal funds have been approved to assist. California politicians have mismanaged their resources and need to make changes to prevent these annual fires.

There are things to do in a disaster besides fight fires. How about moving debris, sheltering people, helping with supplies. Now they’re doing nothing.
