Like with the piece of paper in the North Korea agreement, there is no real deal here. An agreement to negotiate yadda, yadda, yadda? That’s nothing. It reminds me of the big Rose Garden celebration repealing Obamacare because the House passed a bill.

Um, he hasn't replace NAFTA. NAFTA can't be replaced by a bilateral "agreement." Canada has to agree. Otherwise, the "deal" with Mexico is no deal. Kinda like the "deal" with North Korea.
