Thank you Mr. President. Speaks volumes of you. Thanks also for fulfilling one of the main raison d’etre of Israel. It was hard not seeing any reaction from anybody in the government.
I spoke today with @SpeakerPelosi about the importance of strong US-Israel relations and I thanked her for her commitment. The link between us is between peoples, based on historical ties, deep, strong friendships and shared values, not dependent on the links with either party

Sorry, the damage has already been done. Netanyahu and Trump have turned the non-partisan support for Israel, partisan & hence too toxic. Obviously, Israelis have chosen Trump’s side. As a result, from this day forward, I’ll vehemently refuse my tax dollars to be sent to Israel!
