Emir-ul Hajj Ousman Jah announced that it was the first time ever that the commission got to present a hajj report to the President. According to him, this year’s Hajj was a great success, highlighting that the hotel accommodation and food quality were 5-star standard.

Buba Saho, who spoke on behalf of the private operators, expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation and undertsanding between the Hajj Commission and private operators. The Presidential Adviser on Religious Matters, Dembo Bojang, also spoke at the event.
