The 2017 budget has been reduced from D4.7 billion dalasis ($117.5 million dollars) to D3.75 billion dalasis ($93.6 million dollars), a budgetary saving of D955 million dalasis ($23.9 million dollars). #KnowYourNDP

The majority of the cuts are from allocations made to the Office of President Adama Barrow, which had more funding than most critical government agencies under his predecessor, Yahya Jammeh. #KnowYourNDP

That is not factually accurate . The president budget . 800+million to just over 500million when MP complained about the 300m sport and sporting activities allocation. Their was removed . But you will find at the same time both ministries of finance and foreign affairs has their

Budgets increased by 150 million each . The budget cut to state house was 37% not 75 . It made no difference to the overall budget . As it was allocated to two other ministries.

Budget support from both the EU, IMF and world bank . Best if you take a look at the budget before tweeting and giving misleading information. Gambians have a copy of the budget to consult .

Its time to stop the talking dear president, and start acting. We are destroyed right now by investors and you people should defend us against that kind of practices, but golden lead can continue bribe police without consequense, dont create more enemies by arresting Gambians

Internal reallocation of money which was illogical in the first place is nothing to be proud about. Austerity avoidance through debts makes no sense. If this was an announcement about a factory I will be commending you guys...

Did u now that our beaches are covered in death fish, that our environment is under heavy attack, and our government is doing no nothing to protect us nor our environment? We are angry and scared, if this kind of leadership is taking us into the future, we will not develop.pic.twitter.com/kZdMoLO945

I think is the phrase used in here.. cut by and cut to is different.. I guess you meant to say cut to 75% ( saving 25% ).. but cut by means .. you only using 25% and hence saving 75% .. which is not factual.
