          La troisième décision concerne la date du 1er juillet 2020, choisie pour le début des échanges dans la zone de #ZLECAf. #AfCFTA « Nous prendrons toutes les dispositions pour qu’à cette date les échanges se fassent dans le cadre de la ZLECAf », a assuré le Chef de l’Etat.
