I guess it’s not surprising that the Liberals voted to support invoking the Emergencies Act.
But the NDP had the chance to hold them accountable and stop this abuse of power.
They failed to do so. Never forget that.

It's time to heal the divisions over vaccination in our families, in our communities and in our province.
Today, we announced the end of the proof of vaccination/negative test policy effective February 14, 2022 at 12:01 a.m.
Today, trucker rallies are being held at many locations across the country, including on Parliament Hill in Ottawa and in various communities in Saskatchewan.
Here is my message to Saskatchewan and Canadian truckers:
NDP MPs know Trudeau’s use of the Emergencies Act is an abuse of power.
They have a unique opportunity to take a principled, courageous stand by voting against it. Will they?
We’ll find out soon…
Just to be clear, both Canada and the US will continue to import oil from Russia. Because our national governments consider the construction of oil pipelines from western Canada a greater threat than Russia, apparently.

The federal government revoking the Emergencies Act is the right thing to do, because it should not have been invoked in the first place.
Interesting.
The Saskatchewan First Act asserts our province’s constitutional autonomy over our own natural resources.
Saskatchewan is not a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trudeau government.

There are strong opinions on both sides of this issue, but neither side is a “small, fringe minority” with “unacceptable views.”

The Saskatchewan Party believes the government’s role is to stand up FOR parents.

Exactly.
Yesterday I used the analogy that if stolen vehicles are used in crime, the vehicles' owners are not the problem, it's the people who are stealing them. Same holds true for guns & gun owners.
Trudeau's govt needs to understand: law-abiding gun owners are not the problem.
Dangerous, divisive and destructive.
What kind of a national government actively campaigns against one region’s most important industry?
Thank you to my friend Premier for everything you have done to unite Alberta conservative voters into a new party, defeat a destructive NDP government and lead Alberta through a very challenging time.
It's quite simple.
The NDP have no credibility on affordability while they continue to support Justin and Jagmeet's carbon tax.
Today defended his actions saying he was "preoccupied with # of jobs in Quebec, oh and obviously across 🇨🇦"
West Cda shed 100,000+ jobs in energy, made far worse by Trudeau carbon tax, no pipelines & Bill C-69, which would crush industry.
What about these jobs?
If Prime Minister wants to keep giving his Ministers advice because he's "preoccupied with jobs", here's the next place he can start:
Tell to scrap the Liberal carbon tax, Bill C69, and actually move on supporting our sustainable industries in west 🇨🇦
What a strong message sent today from the truck rally in Estevan.
People in SK & across Western Canada are fed up with the lack of pipelines & the Trudeau government’s indifference toward our energy sector.
Your SK government stands with you in support of this critical industry
We are coming to a crossroads and at stake is affordable and reliable power across our province.
