That's odd. While clearing your browser's cache and cookies clears things up on desktop, updating or reinstalling the app often fixes most issues on your mobile device. Also, does this happen for a specific device or browser? Keep us posted.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on Mobile, on desktop I have cleared all the cookies and cache, tried various browsers, but the results are same. And Yes I have checked it on multiple devices, and even with different internet connections, there is no difference
