It is heartbreaking to have end-of-life discussions w/ family members. No part of me was prepared to convey that a family member can’t say goodbye. That their love one would have to be alone during their final moments. I cannot imagine how they feel...how painful it is...

Just wait til the pandemic hits rural areas, mostly red states. Many many rural hospitals were closed in privatization of hospitals and healthcare. Rural hospitals don't have much advanced capabilities. The failures of our private healthcare system about to be blown wide open.
