Just to be clear, this is not a controversial statement: Judge Cannon has ruled that the attorney general of the United States may not look at lawfully seized fruits (nobody says otherwise) of a criminal investigation. That itself is a breathtaking overreach.

We can thank Judge Cannon for one thing. She reminded us that when we take two additional seats in the Senate these midterms, while holding the House, we must add justices to the politicized Supreme Court. Democracy is at stake and the time for half-measures is at an end.

Moreover, the medical abortion drugs are also used for life saving purposes--which sometimes MEANS abortion, but also involves many unrelated issues. Women are being denied access to life saving drugs because they are also used for abortion, & doctors are afraid of arrest.
