@JSAmbarian I rarely get asked to do email intrvws. I would never ban, but I might refuse to do an intrvw if source insists via email. -
@JSAmbarian A good policy is in-person, phone or video interviews only. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis, but rarely. -
