In your methodology you say "...we select the most newsworthy and significant ones." This is a highly flawed and unscientific methodology, especially if you report on statistics or trends (which you do). You must either fact check all statements or a random sample.
I've seen individual subsets of Politifact lean one tick in one direction or the other, and sometimes nitpick a little too hard on an issue and called what should have been a Mostly True into a False at least twice. Not damning to me, but reminds one to keep some salt nearby.
The bias is based on the statements selected for fact checking. Your analysis weighs them identically, they aren't, nor is how much messaging Politifact puts into each. In that, there is CLEAR bias. Cherry-picking the components measured; Rating of your analysis- deceptive.
