@TeamYouTube have a new upload that is not working on 480p or 720p playback, yet works on 360 and 1080. Something going on? It’s a time-seinsitive video for work and we don’t want users to give up when it stalls, happens on any computer/connection we try. Even after re-upload
What makes it a problem is that obviously for some viewers their connection may default them to one of those two options.
