The Last of Us 2 just got DLC Trophies. Patch 1.03 with Grounded Difficulty + Permadeath Mode incoming.

It means if you die once, you have to restart the game from the very start. But I assume you can still exit the game and manually back up the saves to USB/PS+ cloud. Then if you die copy them back (depends on whether it makes auto-saves, won't know till patch is live).

Why do they do this? Why couldn’t these trophies be part of the game at the beginning? I finish the game on the hardest difficulty at the time, on 1st play through. Not bout to go back to this game now. 🙄

I loved the game, got my plat, but i'm not replaying it with theses requirements for one bronze and a silver. Maybe in a far future.

I want DLC that removes Abby sections from the game. I'd pay $100 for that.
