    Just how much blind trust must the public have in the govt's ploicies? And trust is not built ex post facto, my friend!

    My latest sifts ex ante rationales for from ex post facto analyses via a cost/benefit framework.

    Obviously a great opinion & well articulated .. confused, though, if true, how come such deals happen:

    Summary: startups must produce high revenue growth and good profit margin. Rest is all noisy talk among founders, investors, advisors...

    It'll be nice to hear some "leak" stories that brought VCs to startup doorsteps. Certainly startup PR is'nt a leak.
