The TPP VIOLATES FEDERALISM on its face and cannot be joined for that reason alone. It makes a MOCKERY of the Tenth Amendment, i.e., EACH U.S. STATE has PLENARY POWER to REGULATE its OWN Health & MORALS pursuant to its Police Power. Thus, the TPP is void ab initio. Yes or No.
