The "People In A Crowd Blocking Traffic" is the weekly Justice For Patrick Kimmons march. Patrick Kimmons was murdered by Portland Police Officers Garry Britt and Jeffrey Livingston, who are still on the loose, and who work for the most disgraceful of Bureaus.
