Random Encounter: You are walking down a wooded path when suddenly a lamp falls from the sky crushing your foot as it lands. Whilst in agony a genie emerges and let's you know you have 1 wish. What do you do?

You see the Genie grin as he assures you he would never do such a thing. You also notice his hand behind his back, crossing his fingers.

I would calmly thank him for his offer, but say alas I must decline, and remembering I'm a paladin and while casting "lay on hands" on my poor afflicted foot I casually ask if he has a wish what would 'he' want, and why not use the wish to make his dreams come true, to live life!

His eyebrows perk up. "So your wish is for me to have your wish?" He asks calmly, observing the broken tissue of your black and blue foot reconstruct.
