Convoluted reward systems, major earned progress squish (Levels this time), needless restrictions in the guise of "meaningful" choice, lack of meaningful choices, unfinished class balance design... Just more of the same really.

Also, we should be getting a new class or loosened class restrictions, but that's missing. New spells/talents are just old spells/talents removed from spell book/talent tree and added to the aforementioned convoluted reward systems.
