    Phil enjoyed a long career in the Army and then the police. The isolation of Covid-19 made him want to be part of a team again. Through employment support and close working with The OCS Foundation, we helped Phil find the right work-life balance.

    Many of the we support have a condition. They show incredible courage & dedication to return to work after leaving the Forces. Richard struggled after losing comrades in Iraq & Afghanistan, now he's teaching.
