I don’t wake up at 4am every day anymore… I did every day for ~2 years. It was worth it but it’s hard to get more than 6-7 hours of sleep and that’s just not healthy or sustainable. But I still do it when I have a lot of creative work to do, and there’s just nothing like it 🙌
