We honour all our martyrs on this feast of Christ the King. If only we follow their example in their uncompromising love, devotion, respect for God. We pray that their example will be followed by those leaders within the Church who say we have to change our beliefs and doctrine
We are united with those Christians throughout the world who, in our own day, suffer martyrdom for the faith. They are the martyrs of the twenty-first century and their witness summons us to set out with courage on the path of the Beatitudes. #ApostolicJourney #NishizakaHill

Martyrs for which faith, exactly? Faith in what? Faith in who? And, if you’re referring to people who died because they refused to renounced Jesus Christ, how is it that you could possibly claim to be united with them?
