The sweeping (drastic) actions that were taken in 2002 following the atrocities in the Boston archdiocese were effective. Abuse in Pennsylvania dropped off significantly after that time per the documents. Yes, there is still an issue. Even one victim of one man is too many.

Really?? How come the Catholic Church has been complicit in the sexual abuse of thousands and thousands of children without any meaningful consequences for the criminal priests involved???? Where is the “love” in that???
