Nice words father , now denounce the riches of the Vatican & give the proceeds to the poor .... make all religion: Not for Profit .

The church doesn't make any profit. The material things in the Vatican were gifts to the whole Church, not the personal property of the pope himself.

I know that !!! The Catholic Church is awash with money & has its own banking , while preaching charity - double standards ( like all religions) bribery, corruption, crime , are rife in the church , but a holier than thou doctrine is preached ....l

Individuals who fail to live up to our doctrinal standards are responsible for their own failures. But the Church is already the most prolific charitable organization on earth. This includes hospitals and schools as well. The money is put to good use.

If you say so , all this while priests abuse children - and the crimes sweep under the carpet . While you have time check the balance sheet of the Vatican & see how many billions they are sitting on .....

How much do you think it costs to run hospital, schools, missions, food banks, and parishes all over the world?

You make no point .... with all that they do why do they sit on billions , the Vatican is a state run by crooks full of corruption, with a pope as just a mouth peice - if not fit for purpose & tries to expose greed / corruption will be disposed of.

Amen Holy Father. It's a reminder that our destination is not this earth but the paradise God has prepared for us in heaven, where there will no more suffering, but everlasting joy in His companionship.
