A substantial majority approved of protests in June, but this fell to an even split, 48-48 in August. Black or Hispanic approval remained high while white approval fell and became net negative. Really should breakout black/Hispanic if there are enough respondents. It’s a big error to assume Hispanics agree with BLM to the same degree as Blacks.
yup. something like 30% of Latinx/Hispanic people voted for Donald in 2016 and are planning to do so again. I bet those number would look *very* different if you separated them out, and it's pretty patronizing and a little racist that they're lumped together.
About 6% of the population. Blacks are also about 6% of the population.
