OMG I saw SO MANY NOSES while I was waiting to vote today. WHY.
People need to start getting kicked out of establishments for half-masking. Face-masks aren't just mouth coverings or chin-straps.

Exactly. They're doing it on purpose. They don't want to be told what to do but they also don't want to be publicly shamed, so they can quickly put it on if someone calls them out.

Hell, here in South Dakota we're not even required to wear anything to slow the spread. It sucks because no one is helping to get us back to anything that resembles normal.

Yes! I see this way too often. Also with noses uncovered or hanging around necks. They use it properly only when forced which totally defeats the purpose, obviously.
